The whole line includes Extruder from Breyer, Header from AISA type PTH-120, Offset-printer as well as final-decoration machine from POLYTYPE type RDA16-200 and RHM200 respectively with in-line speed up to 120tubes/min, total investment covers 33 million RMB. The maximum extrusion speed for Breyer Extruder is 24meters/min and is capable of extrusion for mono, double and five layer tube; with the new design idea, PTH120 machine incorporates two-station synchronization operation, thus can easily reach to maximum speed of 120tubes/min even for diameter 50mm tubes; the production speed of the POLYTYPE offset-printing machine could reach 200tubes/min with 6 colors printing; the final-decoration machine RHM200 is a very versatile machine which is integrated with screw-on, snap-on ,labeling and membrane sealing function in one with the maximum speed also 200tubes/min. The whole line is capable for producing diameter 60mm tubes. Every single machine is equipped with quality control device which could accurately and automatically decide and blow-off the defect piece from the right one thanks to the video-monitoring technology. Tubes are transferred from up-stream machine to the line end via chain loops and accumulators with no operator-intervention involved, i.e., from the raw material directly to final-product.
